• As our products are handmade in small batches to ensure quality and freshness, orders typically take 2-5 business days to process before shipping.
• Custom or bulk orders may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
2. Shipping Timeline:
• Standard shipping within India takes approximately 3-10 business days after dispatch.
• International shipping timelines vary and may take 7-21 business days depending on the destination.
3. Shipping Charges:
• Shipping charges are calculated based on the order weight, destination, and delivery method.
• Free shipping is available for orders exceeding Rs.999 (only within India).
4. Tracking Your Order:
• Once dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number to monitor your order's progress.
5. Non-Returnable Products:
• Please note that due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
• We encourage customers to review product details and ingredients carefully before purchasing. For any concerns, feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
• In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs for resolution.
• We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. Address Accuracy:
• Ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
8. Transit Delay:
At EcoBerry, we strive to ensure your orders are packed with care and dispatched promptly.
• In case of any courier-related delays, we will immediately escalate the issue with the shipping partner and do our best to expedite the delivery. However, please understand that transit delays are beyond our control, and we will not be able to cancel orders due to such delays.
• If the courier company confirms that a parcel has been lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or arrange for a replacement, depending on your preference.
• We appreciate your patience and understanding and are always here to help in case of any concerns regarding delivery.
9. Fragile and Perishable Items:
• Our handmade cosmetics are sensitive to extreme temperatures. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery to prevent exposure to heat or cold.
