At EcoBerry, all our products are carefully handcrafted in small batches using high-quality natural ingredients. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of cosmetics, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been purchased.

We encourage you to review product details, descriptions, and ingredient lists carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions or need assistance in selecting the right product, please contact us at shop@ecoberry.in prior to purchase.

Exceptions:

• In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photograph or a Video. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
